With connecting to this server you accept to the
following rules:
* No measures that cause needless network traffic,
for example cloning, flooding, multiple clients or
users, channelhopping. This list is not completed
and does only contain some examples.
* Bots are allowed, but all bots attracting attention
with incorrect behavior are prohibited and will be
banned. These are, for example, floodbots, bots
sending automatically mass messages, takeover bots
and bots intended to keep unused channels or
nicknames. Any bot attracting attention with such or
similar behavior will be judged and appropriate
treated.
* Commercial use is only allowed with a written
approval otherwise explicit prohibited! All kinds of
advertising, explicit large-scale advertising, is
prohibited!!
* Furthermore the general euIRC(c) rules that can be
found at http://www.euirc.net/de/aup.php apply to this
server.
* no faked login names. DNS-Spoofing or similar methods
are strictly prohibited.
* The operators and carriers don't have any
responsibility regarding the availability and the
content of the IRC services.
* Only the user is responsible for the content of irc
channels and/or irc chats.
* All users have to report any behavior against the
rules in an euIRC(c) support channel (#help ,#hilfe,
#opers).
The usage of the IRC is not a right, nothing you can
enforce by law or in any other way. IRC is a privilege
and the administrators reverse the right to revoke this
privilege to any user or group at any time, permanent or
temporarily, without any justification. In individual
cases this is enforced by blocking the user and or the
hostname on all german or international servers.

If you connect to this server your connection will be
scanned for open proxies and against several blacklists.
With connecting to this server you comply to be scanned
in this way.

Please note that your connection can be rejected with
any reason. The server operators and administrator are
not obligated to explain the rejection. Nevertheless you
can kindly ask at jeanluc@euirc.net.
We don't search for new operators and / or euIRC(c) team
members! Such requests will be ignored.
Please note that the server location is germany and that
the server administrator will report criminal acts to the
local authorities.
