Here you can find a list of all available servers of euIRC.
It is recommended to connect to the server located closest to you: Germans one of the German servers, Austrians the Austrian server, Swiss the Swiss server. This may provide you a better connection without restrictions.

You are able to connect to ports 6660 and 6665-6669.
When connecting to port 6660 user mode +c for prefix compatibility is set automatically. See http://www.euirc.net/en/patches.php#umodec
